The person behind the name Saikotek, is André Costa, born in 1986 and natural from Vila do Conde, Portugal. His first contact with psychedelic trance came quite early, when he was only 15 years old. All of those contagious and psychedelic sounds, left him totally surrendered to that musical style and soon the curiosity to know the psychedelic culture started to grow. When he went for the first time to a psychedelic party in the middle of the nature, it was like "love at first sight". Being him an electronic music lover, the desire to become a Dj started to grow really fast, so at the year 2004, he bought some equipment and started to learn the art of Djing, all by himself at home. After sometime practicing, his improvements were visible to all and soon he started to play in a few clubs and open air parties. What you can expect to hear in his sets, are some groovy and psychedelic sounds.
