For over two decade, Said has successfully shown his dedication to music with his DJ Skills, music production and extraordinary events. Through his sibling’s immense record collection & influences from traveling the globe, Said has carved out his distinctively underground sound. His main influence was derived from Afro beat, Highlife Jazz, and other music from his Yoruba root. In 1999, Said launched Fatsouls Productions. Fatsouls’ presentation of world-class artists created a new nightlife scene in San Francisco that others have since attempted to emulate. His discography includes a score of releases on his Fatsouls Records label and on other top house music labels such as Wave Music, Ibadan Records, and Chez Music among others.
