“More music less talk” is a phrase that best defines Sounds 4 Life. Over two decades ago, Marlon Baptiste started playing music as a hobby, mentored by older relatives Jansen and Hess. As time went by, he played at functions for close friends and family. Marlon’s love and passion for music was evident, and soon he broke into New York’s limelight as a professional disc jockey.

Marlon embraced the name Sounds 4 Life because he believes that music is life. Sounds 4 Life is based out of Brooklyn, NY. He's known as the Silent Assassin because of his ability to transform any standing crowd into a frenzy. He skillfully and effortlessly mixes, breaks, cuts, slices, and reinvents every song while he's in his zone, creating a never-ending melody that force young and old to groove. A genuine master of the craft, Sounds 4 Life works carnivals and events throughout the year, such as Trinidad and Tobago's Carnival, Washington DC's Carnival, Toronto's Caribana, Brooklyn's Labor Day Parade, and JA
