Since moving to London from Cornwall in 2013 and committing to music full time, SAKIMA has made collaborators of Ryan Hemsworth, Jakwob, Alpines and Cyril Hahn to name a few. Notably having a single release through Jakwobs new label, Boom Ting Recordings, which saw his track ‘Energy’ feature as Zane Lowes Next Hype on BBC Radio 1, and have features on THUMP US, Stereogum and Pigeons and Planes. His striking and honest take on electronic music likens to that of James Blake, SOHN and Bjork.
