I am Russell Garcia. I am a medical student at UMHS-SK. The study technique I am using is: 1. Record lecture, 2. Listen to lecture & Take notes. 3. Record myself explaining my notes. 4. Listen to the recordings to explain the topics to myself.

This is the perfect way to archive my notes for future use when I have trouble remembering the topics. If you think it's too time consuming; I've got that one covered. I can re-cut the recordings at a higher tempo in garage band and upload the speedy version on here.

So far this idea has been very successful for me!
