I have several passions. Some of which are RUNNING, SPINNING and all forms of exercise. I want to run and sweat til I'm dead tired and then I want to run and sweat some more. I like to cook, but which means I will occasionally put up a recipe to some healthy meal plan. Taste is everything but it can't interfere with my goals for my workouts. I love music, all music. For a song to be quick favorite it has to move me...it has to make me want to move or move me inside. The perfect song has a killer rhythm with a message I relate to. I hate it whatever it is, but of all the things I like to discuss; POLITICS is where I live. I'm a prolific reader of all things political. My friends tell me I'm generous to a fault. I like nice things and I can buy my own way. Nobody pays for me. I owe no one anything. I love my God, my family, my guns and my country.
