A major event in urban art, the municipal festival Rose Béton - Biennial of Urban Art under the auspices of artistic director Tilt - brings together in Toulouse great artists such as Hense, Rero, Tania Mouraud, etc. These artists coming from all over the world will intervene each in their turn in the public space once a month from April to August 2019. The Biennial will then occupy the museum Les Abattoirs - FRAC Occitanie Toulouse from September 27, 2019 to January 5, 2020.
