Human is a Interval class between 3x flats and 3x hills with progression of the cadence on the hills.
If you are using SPINPower® Chrono Bike make the first song on the hill at zone 2 to 3 and the second song at zone 3 with peaks at zone 4, recover on the flats first in zone 1 and than make a progression to zone 2.
If you train Spinning® with HR monitor make the interval between 65% to your max. HR if you like, or just to 85%. Up to you.
If you make just a Fun Ride, make it with a lots of cadence drills, jumps, running and standing and seated climbing or switch backs.
