Grew up listening to all kinds of music from Oldies to Rock to Country. The first two albums I bought were Neil Diamond "Hot August Night" and Black Sabbath "Paranoid", interesting mix.
Over the years I have gone from vinyl to 8 tracks, cassettes, CD and now back to vinyl. VINYL RULES!.
In the late 80's to early 90's I was a stage manager for a local rock band dealing with setting up stage lighting and sound. After that ... with the help of a close friend I got into the dance club scene as a light tech and DJ.
One night, the club owner asked if I would be interested in doing a Rock Nite one night a week. I said "yes" and that opened the door to become Rock n Roll Dr Z .
Thanks to that close friend, 30 years later, here I am, playing the music I love, again ... Classic Rock on Vinyl!
