Richard is one of the youngest, brightest and most talented up and coming stars on the UK salsa scene.

Richard has only been dancing salsa since 2008. His talent was spotted by Frank Santos, who trained him weekly, and he is already teaching to an intermediate/advanced level.

Such is Richard's natural talent that he was chosen to dance in Frank's International dance troupe "A Yemaya".

Richard comes from a background of Hip Hop and Street Dance, primarily being self taught. It was whilst living in Lanzarote he first discovered Salsa whilst working opposite a salsa bar. His passion since that night to master this Latin dance has been insatiable.

Upon his return to the UK, he and a friend went to a salsa class in Kent. After just 2 lessons his talent was spotted and Richard continued to attend salsa lessons alone.

Two years later and Richard is now teaching Salsa, Bachata, Reggaeton and even his own form of Hip Hop Bachata, whilst also continuing to improve and d
