Formed in late 80s BLACKBURN RAVE SCENE, James Lightbown & Pete Oldroyd were part of the Eastern Bloc posse alongside 808 State, K-Klass and The Chemical Brothers and 1991 saw the release of their seminal classic Let The Whole World Know.

The 30 year anniversary release of LTWWK on Salford City Records reignited James's passion for production resulting in the writing of new material, including official remixes of the classics “HARD UP” by Awesome 3 and 4 For Money’s “It’s a Moment In Time”.
