Dr. Rhonda Dula's professional experience includes the first, U.S. Department of Homeland Security - U.S. Diplomat; In 2003 U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Pacific Western Regional, Office of Field Operations - (OFO) and Office of International Affairs - (OIA), established Dr. Dula's: L. I. F. E. - LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE FOUNDATION ETHICS, training programs for their domestic and international field operations for the Pacific Western Regional locations, and is still currently being utilized today in all training operations for the Bureau of U.S. Customs & Border Protection - (CBP)
