RAS Mikey C (Michael W.L. Courtney) is an African born in the Americas, who's life mission is to spread universal understanding to communities and cultures across the globe by sharing his gift of the arts. Aside from his works as choreographer, director, and educator, RAS Mikey is also an established singer/songwriter, producer, and lecturer. As a product of the Hip Hop movement, a member of the Rastafari movement and a Pan-Africanist, RAS Mikey current working on his Masters in Ethnochoreology with his focus on his native country of Ethiopia.
