In here sound and flavor walk side-by-side, together. The name came from the legendary sample Amen Break, that notoriously shaped techno and drum and bass. The founders of Ramen Break (originally in Porto), Joanna and Vitor, are both producers and made the unavoidable connection — from Amen to Ramen, in a fusion that was both natural and exciting. Today, the restaurant is based in Braga and lives and breathes the values under which it was founded.
