When I shower I usually spend ten minutes staring at nothing and contemplating the mysteries of the universe. Afterwards I spend five minutes hurriedly performing a vigorous all-over body scrub.
I have made myself a special blend of ambient/ atmospheric music and sounds that I like to play whilst doing said shower routine and if you like you can try it out too. Just pop it on next time you're going in the shower if you'd like to join in the fun.
As well as showering the playlist also works very well for bathing, sleeping and general chillin' like a villain on penicillin!
