AltCult is a Techno & Progressive House project by Rahul Maewall, an Indian born producer/Dj currently living in Mumbai. His interest for music began as a child. However when he began mixing electronic music around 2007 it was apparent that he had found his true calling. Having releases under labels such as:

- Rumbling Earth Records

It is right to say Silentnoise is both versatile in style and music he plays.
AltCult features underground sounds that are both ancient and modern, sounds falling in genres like progressive & techno.
This new evolution by Silentnoise is to bring his vast listeners with new and more groovy tech, tribal vibes from around the world. Harmonically speaking sounds by AltCult can easily be recognised by its seemless flow and lush soundscapes.
The Dj sets I play is a combination of deep and abstract sounds to more groove and dynamic/rhythmic tunes.
