This is Radio Neta's first episode ever. On this episode we hear stories that were made in January 2013 for FIRME's Campecine Youth Academy program with students from Desert Mirage High School, In Coachella, CA.
Joselito, who lives in the valley, tells Ana Paola memories from México, how his family came to be in the U.S.A. and how they came to live at the high school. Ana edited and produced the story together.
Then we hear Eliasar -a resident of North Shore- tell his story to Victor about academic expectations. Victor, who is a student at USC, edited and produced this story.
We also hear Cesar's story, told to his sister Katy, about when he was born. Katy, a student at DMHS, edited and produced this story.
