Well, It's been an entertaining year to say the least. After attending many deep house events from last Summer onwards. I found my true calling to the deep bassier sound shrugging off the sounds of the more radio ridden anthems. As the months went on and my knowledge and love the music grew I thought it was time to delve into the world of mixing having had various CD decks, turntables and controllers from the age of 12. As it came about it was a drunken Sunday with too many cans that built my confidence and finally made me take the plunge with Dean Harvey releasing the first of our acclaimed mixes. The 8Eyes mixes kept rolling and after the second was given the opportunity to play Cosmic Ballroom. The event in my 8Eyes was a one off and was overwhelmed to play in front of what was a packed crowd only a few months after properly mixing the music. Since then the event has grew from strength to strength racking up various other venues as well as playing while in Ibiza!
