RMB is a Manchester based artist. Sitting somewhere between Detroit, London and Berlin in sound, his DJ sets are a mixture of dark, pulse raising house and techno, broken beats, UKG and abstract compositions.
RMB grew up in Manchester with a vast music upbringing, going from locals such as Oasis and Happy Mondays and then finding his own sound out from artists such as Jay-Z, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Skepta, Kid Cudi and later on with Travis Scott with some Vince Staples and Foo Fighters Sprinkled on top. RMB's love for House/Techno developed strangely from listening to rap genius Kanye West's album titled "Yeezus" which is where he used unorthodox electronic sounds and samples for a rap album. It was here where it opened up the Manchester artists mind of a whole different other sound that's sounded like no other. Tracks such as "On Sight" and "I Am A God" being the notable ones to proceed RMB's love for the genre.
