R.D.K.L was established in 2012 as a cultural brand which aims to radicalise the perception of art, music and fashion.

R.D.K.L grew out of the lack of a defined cultural identity in Birmingham. We have watched and been inspired by the way in which Birmingham has embraced the new Genre defying sound coming from London. Techno, House, Garage and Grime are all encompassed within this sound and we feel that we can enhance and push forward this movement.

We want to add momentum and see people adopt our vision of Birmingham's potential for change.

R.D.K.L is not just a musical entity, we are a cultural brand which hope to showcase rising talent in the fields of art, music and fashion not only through our events but through our continued promotion of underground talent. R.D.K.L's goal is to hold a position at the forefront of this cultural movement and in doing so embrace and nurture a community of talented artists.
