Jamaican Born, to a family of six, my parents and 3 siblings. We were very close i and always wanted to be like my big sister. I migrated to Canada in 1990 and lived in Windsor Ontario where it was a culture shock for me. It was very difficult to adapt, that i would not speak and i became isolated. I got married at 19 years old and had my first son shortly after. Six years later i had my youngest son. During the 6 years i became a Registered Practical Nurse even though i majored in business. I worked as a nurse for 15 yrs then transition into a self employed roll as a Mortgage Agent worked with several financial institutions, add to that i became an Insurance Advisor where i have expand my knowledge in learning about generational wealth, as a student in Jamaica it was mandatory for us to open a bank account and learn about banking and understand how money can grow. We would do our banking every Tues and my father would make sure we had money to add to our savings. Just Believe....
