Tuning Fork is a local food show, focusing on regenerative agriculture and food issues. Regenerative farmer and cowboy, Ben Glassen, and good ol' Vancouver Island farmer, Aaron Grant, brings us information and suggests actions to take to create a local food culture. Herbalist, Katie from Wild_She_Howls, gives us insights to plant medicine and helps give us confidence to create our own home apothecary. The show brings education, story telling, poetry, and local British Columbia music. Guests are interviewed. From time to time, as his schedule allows, Farmer Brown lights up the "on-air" studio light and broadcasts live from the CHLY studio.
