Robert “PrROB” Hernandez

Robert ‘PrROB’ Hernandez is one of the country’s most known radio promoters and currently the Sir. Director of Promotions at RCA Records. His beginnings were effortlessly organic; PR ROB was enjoying a trip to New York from his native Puerto Rico when he was recruited as part of the promotions team of legendary Hip Hop music label LOUD Records. During his stint at LOUD Records he helped break major acts such as Big Pun, Mobb Deep, Wu-Tang Clan, Jennifer Lopez and many others. Later joining the staff at Arista Records and JIVE/RCA he distinguished himself by helping make stars of then unknown artists Chris Brown, Miguel, T-Pain, Pharrell/The Neptunes, ASAP Rocky & ASAP Mob, Ciara The Clipse. He also was tapped for his expertise to help propel OutKast, Usher, Justin Timberlake, R. Kelly and Kelis.
