The Metropolitan Soul Radio Show was born in 2001 out of the ill fated Metropolitan Soul Y2k Northern Soul All Nighters at The Rocket in North London. The show ran on Soul 24/7 until its demise, then on Starpoint Radio and continues to make live guest appearances UK, Europe and the USA. The Metropolitan Soul magazine column first appeared in "manifesto" magazine in 2002 with gossip and news of both new release and old classic dance, disco and northern soul 45's and 12" singles and event info.
