Born and raised under the dim street lights of Johannesburg, Pharadox has exploded onto the local Bass scene in Johannesburg. Growing up Pharadox found the guitar to be his instrument of choice, passing through various bands with varying amount of success until he struck it big in a band called Unlisted. It was there he was exposed to the South African music scene in full scale, melting minds in festivals around the country, and having the honour of gracing the stage alongside Underoath on their South African tour.
Pharadox eventually left the band scene and has since found a love in new music genre- Drum and Bass. Drawing from experience in the local music scene, Pharadox quickly grasped the mechanics of his new tool of destruction- his decks. Armed with his new weapon, he has set out to destroy dancefloors around the country. Highlights include opening for Netsky, Addictshun, and Jozifest.
