Rene Rubio aka Phalck born in 1991, is a DJ since 2007, playing in a lots of events in Mexicali, Mexico, starts mixing electro-house then in 2009 starts to play tech-house and is now the perfect genre for him, in 2012 moved to Hermosillo, Mexico, now starts to bring it the tech-house to that city.
