Born in Rotterdam (NL) in 1979, Perry Kanters aka Per Y Sol started to collect music already at young age. Inspired by radioshows like 538 Dance Department and DJ Ben Liebrand's Grandmixes, he discovered the world of house music. At a certain moment he decided to start spinning records himself. His musicstyle can be described as a meltingpot of progressive, electro- and techhouse. In 2010 Per Y Sol started to release his mixcompilation-series, named 'Sol Sessions'. Once in a while, these contain live registrations of a gig where he has been booked. Clubs like (Off)_Corso, Thalia Lounge and Blender in Rotterdam are places where he already played his records. With handpicked favourites carefully put together, his Sol Sessions rock the dancefloors. Since Sol Sessions are also published at Mixcloud and wellknown Dutch blog www.whitelinefirm.nl, they've become avaliable for mass public!
