Since 1997, he has been one of those responsible for instigating the "UNDERGROUND" concept in his hometown, Tavira.

For years, Paulo was away from the electronic music scene due to health problems. However, he returns now with new energy and vision. He presents his new project titled "TECHNO IS MY RELIGION" and adopts a new stage name, PAUL SIGMA.
