Pair(us) is an electronic duo who mash together house, trance and pop music
with an upbeat 4 x 4 rhythmic progression. Pair(us) currently resides in Albany,
NY and is part of a new wave of dance music taking over the city. Each member
of Pair(us) brings a unique style to the tabletop: Smooth delivers a desirable
flavor of swagger and fun, while Tony Fernando captivates your heart with his
raw emotion and angst.
Pair(us) is merely a year old and at the beginning of their musical journey.
Coming from an area deprived of wealth and hope, Pair(us) is on a quest for
redemption and will never settle for mediocre. Electronic music has provided an outlet for Pair(us) to express themselves artistically and existentially, and both DJ Smooth and Tony Fernando will not stop until they’re above the clouds.
