Outreach has been created with the aim of connecting, networking, and working alongside passionate professionals across the aged care and disability sectors. Through open conversation and shared experiences, we want to spotlight the vital services, innovations, and people making a real difference in our communities. Building these connections is incredibly important for clients and participants accessing support through My Aged Care and NDIS funding. Strong collaboration and shared knowledge help ensure individuals receive informed, person-centred care and are connected to services that genuinely meet their needs and goals.
