One Imaginary Boy

Nunca procurei fidelidade absoluta a um género. Interessa-me sobretudo perceber como determinados discos se reconhecem entre si, mesmo quando parecem pertencer a mundos diferentes. Os registos que aqui partilho são o resultado dessa garimpa.

Foi esta forma de "escutar" que me levou à Rádio Universidade de Coimbra (RUC) e que continua a orientar o meu percurso enquanto DJ. Entre a descoberta, a memória e a partilha, procuro construir sets com forte identidade própria.

I've never been interested in absolute loyalty to a single genre. What draws me is the way certain records seem to recognise each other, even when they come from different worlds. The mixes I share here are the product of that constant search.

That way of listening led me to Coimbra College Radio (RUC), where I found a place to share music and it continues to shape everything I do as One Imaginary Boy. Somewhere between discovery, memory and exchange, I try to build sets with a strong sense of identity.
