ONLYist, aka, The ONLYist, aka Mild Me aka, Marcus Evans, from Colorado, USA, is a music producer / songwriter that has fifteen years of experience in audio engineering, songwriting and music production. Originating as a battle rapper in 2000, he evolved into a producer in 2003. ONLYist created his own concept of music theory to avoid the use of samples. Love for old school hip hop and appreciation for many other genres allowed him to experiment and become a melting pot of sound. Being a multi genre producer has allows him to work with artists and vocalists of all styles and delivery. To further hone in on his craft he learned the art of mixing and mastering. With a desire to gain and share knowledge in all aspects of music, as well as continue to grow and advance daily, he can pursue his dream which is to assist in the evolution of music.
