Novosti Kulturi (News of Culture) are broadcasting from the unidentified place (they call it "the tower") somewhere in Moscow's far Nord suburbs in a very close to an abandoned and unfinished king-size hospital from the CCCP times, now dark, creepy and half ruined. This building was always full of myths behind it, especially about dark rituals and spiritism.. Brrr! Now you may understand where NK inspire themselfs. This time more cables-spider-webs and twice more kilos of corroded hardware but still operating as it's best with a very big help and support of unknown Kto Takoi!
