The human staff at Northland Radio curate a wide variety of music for our listeners: Classic Rock from the 50s through the 80s and 90s, Americana genres and independent local music, highlighting Alaskan, Canadian and First Nations artists. Then our automated playout system takes over and includes fully AI DJs and Presenters (we have a few human ones too ~ you guess which is which!) to play and comment on our wide variety of music. Our mission is to keep the people of the vast Alaskan and Canadian Interiors both entertained and well informed of area news and weather events impacting their communities and villages.
