" Prior to taking up production of electronic music, Italian born producer Nicola Colusso, aka Nikola Carusso, played several instruments including keys, strings and drums. He was listening to harder electronic music since he was a teenager growing up close to, one of the most influential clubs of the 90' s Italian gabber scene, the TNT Kama§utra.
After having moved to London in 2009 and being inspired by clubs like Fabric, Matter, Cable, Village Underground or Corsica Studios and artists like Chris Liebing, The Chemical Brothers, Paula Temple, Kraftwerk, Gary Beck and Matador, Nikola has started his DJ and producer career been published by labels like Terminus Audio from the USA, or the Italian label Underground Media Records and playing alongside great artists like Chris Liberator, Dave the Drummer, Chicago Loop, Robert Johnstone and many more.
His sound is constantly evolving, always true to his Techno roots, without ever losing its essence and the heart he puts into his music."
