Born in New York, Raised in Miami. I have always love music since I was a kid, I played a lot of musical instruments growing up. I finally ended up with turntables, then drum machines & synthesizers followed. My influences are Funk, Breaks, Miami Bass, Freestyle, Salsa, acid jazz, hip hop and Dubstep.
I have been Dj'ing since I was 15. I started spinning in the Miami club scene when I was 17, earned a couple residencies, and I was usually the youngest DJ performing. I have performed alongside big name artists in the Electronic Music genre at festivals and events all over the world. I started producing music at the age of 25 and started my own label called DADEaBASS Recordings in 2004. I produce all types of genres, but my passion is electronic music. After a 3 year hiatus from 07'- 10' I'm back with a new attitude and fresh approach to my craft. My alias' are Teknik, Nick Dade & SoundChasers.
