Infused with a love of Bass Music from years of city clubbing, then fuelled by the freedom of Doofing, he set out to fuse the two potent musical worlds together. The result is dynamic and bassy tunes in the neighbourhood of 432Hz that rumble guts and raise neck hairs wherever they go.
At first listen, Neverview is sonically similar to traditional Drum & Bass although the way the story unfolds is what sets it apart. Using soaring atmospherics and soulful melodies to contrast deep basslines and cheeky drums, the progression tells its story like an epic novel, rather than the quick newspaper style of much rave music. The initial drop is merely a new phase of the journey, not its peak.
