The duo was born from the highlight dance music community and founder of Modernity (group of music enthusiastic) in Kuala Lumpur. Flexxo B & Shaff Raffzey has headlining the top local underground to mainstream club or music festival like We Love Asia and EDM Rockstar. Before they team up, there’s a demand from organizers asked them to play Back to Back sets together for local gigs. The reactions was positive after few events together from the crowd, they made the decision and came up with duo project called NEOTERIC NOVA .
