Nashka is born and raised in Provence, France, but living in Canada since 2004. His passion for music could be traced back to the cradle. He started djing in 1995. The timing was perfect. A massive wave of techno took the rave scene out from dodgy warehouses to elaborated festivals in fancy locations (old castle, beaches, top of a mountain, forest...), the Dj culture was blooming. Nashka surfed that wave, digging and discovering new sounds and ultimately defining his own style; From german hard-techno to acid, then percussive or organic soulful house to rare grooves and funky old gems. His arrival in Canada coincided with the minimal techno wave which kind of turned him off... After several years of break, Nashka decided to drop the good old decks and embrace the new technology... this is a return... a new beginning ! N'joy !
