Nightshade are a DJ duo from Durban. Difficult to define, but deadly - they bring anything but what you'd expect to the fore.
Brad drags with him a hefty corpse of credentials, but I guess that's what you'd expect after so many years in the industry. He cut his teeth with residencies at Buzz Bar and Millers in the 90's, but in recent years he's enjoyed playing solo sets for the likes of I Heart DBN, NONONO!, Unit11(Rip), AmaFullThrottle, Transafari, & The Bundu Sessions. His versatility and ease at weaving between genres have made him a bit of an indie favourite and his vinyl collection is full of finishing moves guaranteed to T.K.O any dancefloor.
Carrie is a relative newcomer to the scene but no less formidable. She's operated as a VJ since 2011 out of a need to create genuine experiences for clubbing audiences and has simply shifted that focus to music with Brad. Like Captain Planet, Powers Combine.
Sometimes they kiss. It's cute.
