Ceasar Michael Elloie is a New Orleans–born vocalist shaped by gospel roots and influences like Sam Cooke, Stevie Wonder, and Aretha Franklin. By 14, he was performing locally and later studied at Southern University under Edward “Kid” Jordan. He has performed internationally in Tokyo and Taipei, earning a U.S. Embassy standing ovation for “Black and Blues.” His early recording “I Don’t Know” became a global collector’s item. Elloie has shared stages with Marva Wright, BJ Crosby, and Chief Monk Boudreaux. His works include New Orleans to Paris and singles like “Behind Closed Doors.” In 2018, he appeared in CLAWS. He also served New Orleans as a Steam Plant Engineer during recovery from Hurricane Katrina, and continues to perform today.
