Newcastle, Uk, United Kingdom
Born and raised on the mean streets of Newcastle, Fun Boy, AKA Christopher Shanchez, started her musical journey when he was 8, when he bought a Disco at the Newcastle branch of Woolworths (RIP).
It was at this moment that Christopher Brown knew he wanted to be part of 'The Scene'.
At the age of 17, he was already being touted as Newcastle's answer to Pat Sharp.
In 2013 he achieved his big break when he won a competition to carry Tony Blackburn's record bag to an exclusive rave, which Fun Boy described as the greatest night of his life. It was after this point when she started getting gigs at big events such as Jenny Bates birthday party and multiple Funeral's.
After sending out many mix's to and receiving no offers
Fun Boy is a fighter and since 2013 has been locked in the studio perfecting his craft.
Suffice to say, the scene should be expecting big things from Fun Boy in 2014.
