Monikker has been earning a name for himself in the Burlington scene thanks to his high energy performances and deep selections of eclectic but tastefully chosen songs. Beginning in the Fall of 2010, Monikker and his homie KMPRSR have been taking the town by storm. Working their way up from the stimulating bass-consuming party scene, the two have earned quite a reputation for throwing down harder and stronger than any other duo in town. They can currently be seen in a number of places: playing alongside longtime friends, Mushpost; Every Wednesday in March @Nectars with Higher Organix; and slamming bass in basements all over town.

Separately, he has been working with a local group of emcees on a hip-hop project titled The GetBack Movement. The EP, being released independently this Spring, is a collection of Monikker's early production style, sampling primarily jazz and soul records in his smooth and simple style.
