The innovative duo, now LA based, producers John Badd and illMATR have been making their way up through the ranks within the Electronic Dance Music scene. In early 2009, hailing from Riverside, CA,they cultivated the brainchild idea, Mindcontrol.
Seeing how neither of them were too interested in the "Traditional" manner of DJing, they decided to use that idea as a base thought. Instead of the normal 2 turntables, they used 2 computers turning each one into there own turntable so they can go back and forth through out the whole night, keeping it alive and interesting, After formulating a plan they decided Native Instruments in conjunction with multiple MIDI controllers would be the best option to execute there plan successfully.
They are constantly busy, but never to busy for any new ideas of where MINDCONTROL will go.
