Brothers Christian and Luke Papenfus picked up on music at a young age.

Christian first pursued the DnB pathway & Luke explored house music, founding Gold 88 in 2018 and released a rework of All About She’s Hold Me Tight (Making Love). The song was part of the soundtrack to 2019’s Love Island.Hold Me Tight (Making Love)

They finally decided to make music together by mid 2019 and began with remixes Liverpool DJ eSquire’s Teardrops - Menrva Remix single and wrote a couple of tunes of their own. Their demos caught the attention of Insanity Records who signed them at the end of the year.

2020 got off to a great start with the release of their remixes of Sammy Porter “Let Your Love”, Lennon Stella's “Kissing Other People” and Tom Grennan “This is the Place (Menrva Remix)" On Valentine's Day they released their debut single "Love Again" with Brooklyn based singer-songwriter Gregory Dillon
