Brazil
Maxmilian was born and raised in Wisconsin by his American father & German mother. Most of his life was spent in the village of Potter, but he also spent a year in Pittsburgh, PA, and time visiting his German grandparents & cousins in Berlin, Germany over the years. He has resided in Araçatuba, Brazil, since 2006.
Maxmilian has liked music from an early age, and says it runs in his family. His cousin, Lawrence Duchow, was a nationally well-known Polka band leader in the 1940’s & 1950’s due to his weekly radio show heard nationwide on Chicago’s WGN. Lawrence even made the cover of Billboard Magazine and the Polka Hall of Fame.
Max will tell you that his influences are every band he has ever heard, but some much more than others. He has 5 releases through the years. His song “Rocker From A Redneck Town” topped at #19 on Hugs at WRGG 24/7 Radio Top 200 Chart, and is now an official Legacy Track, having stayed on the chart for over a year!
