Armando Valdés Planas is an actor, photographer and documentalist from Cuba. He was trained by the Cuban Writers and Artists National Union in Theory and Workshop Acting Course. He is also an announcer and scriptwriter for radio, television and live shows. He worked as an actor in two fiction films and several short films. Armando opened its first photo exhibition called Cat's Family at Ottawa Public Library (main branch) and He was one of the producer of the Toronto Hispano-American Film Festival since 2005 to 2015 as well, and finishing his first documentary.
