Madd Oso, also known as Matt Grosso, is a 19 year old singer, DJ, and electronic music producer from St. Paul, Minnesota. Matt began pursuing a career in music after winning 1st place in a state-wide songwriting contest in the 7th grade with an original composition. Matt's success in the contest inspired him to continue writing songs and learning more about music. He started several different bands throughout high school each playing different genres of music including rock, metal, bluegrass, electronica, rap, and EDM. Matt's musical talents were recognized nationally when he performed as a vocalist at Carnegie Hall in New York City during his senior year of high school. He is currently developing his musical skills further by studying music production and vocal performance at McNally Smith College of Music and playing shows in the Twin Cities area. In addition to being passionate about music, Matt also loves drinking mochas at coffee shops and playing disc golf with friends.
