Mad Hatters was formed after we (Maurice & Jelmer) played a set together at a local dubstep night called Klub Dub on the 27th of April 2013 in Deventer (NL). Initially we didn't plan on starting as a duo, but we felt we could cater to the crowd better with the two of us, as the crowd's response seemed much more positive compared to the responses we received when playing solo sets.
Now, a couple of months later, having played another Klub Dub night as a duo, a few solo sets and tons of practice at home we're confident we have something to offer: good choice in tracks, fresh blends and technical skills.
With our gear (2 CDJ1000MK2, DJM800, 2 Reloop RP-4000) and a mix complete, we think 2014 might just be the year for us to show our skills to a larger audience.
