Never has someone come alive as a performer as when Myke Reacher aka Dave Sheehan puts the headphones on and presses “play”. He is known for his infectious energy in the DJ booth and sets that are full of smashing, high energy beats in all the right places.
Dave has been DJ’ing and producing for just over 8 years. Trained in Sound Engineering at SAE, he has a particular talent for effortlessly perfecting sound checks and tuning systems.
Previously a member of the DJ act “Nyquist Freqs”, who regularly played at the award winning club Ambar, Dave went on to play solo as Beauty School Drop Out where he was voted in the top 3 for Best Breaks DJ in the 2008 Perth Dance Music Awards. After years of playing Breaks he graduated into the 4/4 spectrum of Tech-Funk where he now enjoys the best of both worlds.
